News & Updates:

7-9-10 - Interested in joining a chapter or already in a chapter and want to know what the requirements are to be a member of the chapter, click here, to read Gulf Streamers Club Policy. One Year free membership is provided to members who become officers. If you are a current officer in compliance with the club policy and have never received your one year complimentary membership, please send an e-mail to gulfstreamers@gulfstreamcoach.com to check the status of when your renewal date is. If your dues were paid up when you became an officer, the free year is added on. If you receive a reminder card, check with the international office to make sure you received your free year before paying. To be an officer in the chapter, you must own a Gulf Stream RV and be current on your dues with the International RV Club. Owners of other brands of RVs who are attending chapter rallies have no voting rights and should not be included in chapter meetings or counted when a topic is voted upon. All revised by-laws for chapters must be submitted to the International Office for approval and filing in the chapter history. Gulf Stream appreciates the loyalty of the chapters.

Check out Elite's website for other services offered. Don Hoffman and wife will be joining our group at the Traverse City Michigan rally! We appreciate the partnership with Elite and hope this will be a mutually successful venture for Elite and our members!

6-27-10 - Gulf Streamers welcome Mike Harlan, new owner of Alum Creek RV and Marine, 5742 E State Rt 37, Delaware OH 43015, 740-363-4068, mike@valerocentury.com, as a dealer who is providing any customer who purchases a Gulf Stream RV with a free year's membership in the Gulf Streamers Int'l RV Club. Alum Creek is also the new sponsor of Ohio Cardinals Chapter and will also be providing a free year's membership in the chapter! We appreciate the support of Alum Creek and hope to add more dealers who will provide sponsorship to our chapters and members!

6-27-10 - We are sad to say the 2010 sailing of RV@Sea has been canceled.

6-13-10 - We will put together "shoe boxes" to send to our troops as an activity at our Traverse City Michigan Rally in August. We are asking any members who would like to participate to send in empty shoe boxes and to donate any items on the list of needs. At the rally, we will decorate the boxes and sort the items into the shoe boxes. We will include any names of members who donate items. A group picture will be taken with the completed boxes and included in each box so that our troops know that we support them. Any member attending the rally, please start collecting shoe boxes and any items on the list to bring with you. Our thanks to Peggy Sacks for organizing the event!

6-13-10 - Don't forget to check out the rally in Traverse City Michigan! Roster and more info will be posted in the near future. Cut off date is July 9th and some of the options are almost full! Also, click on survey to complete the questionnaire that was sent to all active members if you have not done so. Tallies will be posted once we receive the surveys back from our members who do not have e-mail. Thanks to all of you who have submitted information. We have a lot of information to compile and see what the recap will result from your suggestions. Your time spent in answering the questions and in sending the survey in is appreciated. Remember if you don't send one in, we have no way of knowing what you want to see as benefits for the Gulf Streamers Club! Also, the link to the Second Owner Form link is now working properly for you to submit your information about your purchase to our service department. This assures you are the listed owner in the records.

6-13-10 - John Joseph from Passport America recently submitted information to the club that he will no longer be the representative for Passport America. John has attended several of our rallies and signed up many new members to Passport America. We will miss him but wish him the best on his new endeavor. If you have questions about your membership in Passport America, or the certificate you received from the Gulf Streamers Club when you became a new member, contact Ryan Simmons, Passport America, 602 S Main, Crestview, FL, 32536, 800-681-6810. Remember chapter officers receive one free year of membership in the International Club, so if you have held an officer position and are not sure you received your free membership, please send an e-mail to gulfstreamers@gulfstreamcoach.com and we will check. Only members of International may hold an officer position in any chapter.

6-13-10 - Prayer Chain Request for Phillip & Margaret Ditchen:

Dear Family & Friends,

On May 25 Phillip fell and broke his right ankle. He had surgery with a metal plate and seven screws put in. While in the hospital he developed pneumonia, was in ICU for seven days, in a room at the hospital for five days and now he is in a rehab hospital. We are praying that he will be able to walk again. Cancer is still going strong and at this time we can't make plans to do anything. We appreciate our friends and family and the prayers. Please continue to keep us in your prayers.

5-24-2010 - If you are the second or third, etc., owner of a Gulf Stream product, you may register your name and information by clicking this link or visiting Gulf Stream Coach web site. It is good to have the unit registered in your name in case there might be some questions about the unit. It helps our service and parts department look up the information on the product to assist you with any questions. Also, when you sign up as a member and are not show in our service system, we forward that information to the parts and service departments to update for you.

5-21-2010 - Gulf Streamers "End of the Summer Rally" in Traverse City, Michigan, August 23-29, 2010, application and flyer have been posted to the events page. Traverse is a city fully of cherry blossoms, shopping areas, sand & water, casinos, wineries, golf, lighthouses and much more to see and do. Check out the flyer for those of you interested in attending. Submit the application to reserve your space ASAP.

5-16-2010 - Thank You and Good Luck Les & Jean on your New Horizons!

Les & Jean Potteiger are no longer affiliated with the Gulf Streamers International RV Club and are no longer the Gulf Streamers International RV Club Wagon Masters.   We were glad to provide a luxury RV and travel expenses to Les & Jean during their eleven years of service as Wagon Masters to use in their thousands of miles of travel.   Les & Jean have been outstanding Wagon Masters and will be missed!

Gulf Streamers Club is also moving on to new opportunities for our members.   Members will be asked to be more involved with international rallies by volunteering their time as Wagon Masters or Rally Hosts, along with other volunteer positions at each rally.    This will not only involve more members, but will assure that all rallies have representation from Gulf Streamers.   This will also reduce costs, as we will no longer have to charge the RV and travel expenses associated with Wagon Masters to the International Club, providing us with more funds to use for recruitment and sponsorship of Chapter and International Rallies.

We are currently organizing a rally in Traverse City, Michigan, August 23-29, 2010 and offering an opportunity for a member to perform the role of Wagon Masters or Rally Hosts at this rally.   Special perks will be offered to our members who volunteer as Wagon Masters or Rally Hosts.   For those of you interested, please contact us at gulfstreamers@gulfstreamcoach.com or 1-800-289-8787 ext. 3664.
