The tentative weekend plan :

Friday Welcome:

6:00 PM – Pot luck Dinner at the pavilion – Beverage and desert proviced 

After dark – the Mid Hudson Astronomy Club will be at the park to

walk us through the universe! Bring your binoculars!!

Saturday

8 AM – 10 AM – Breakfast - “Eggs Jay Benedict”, beverages.

10:30 AM – Carpool for optional trip to Culinary Institute of America *

2:00 PM – Return to park from the CIA or tour other local sites.

( Home of FDR, the Vanderbilt Estate on the Hudson, etc. )

6 PM - Dinner -   Harvest Chicken, rice, greenbeans almondine

Rolls and butter, beverages, strawberry Shortcake

Meeting and door prizes and funtime to follow dinner.

Sunday

8am – 10 am - Farewell Breakfast:

Pancakes, bacon and beverages

The park’s 10 water and electric sites have been reserved and will be assigned first come first served. After 10 registrants, the sites will have no hookups or shared hookups.   Please note: If you want to arrive early or stay late for this rally you need to contact the RV Park directly.   Information about the park is available at 845-758-6100 or on line at: http://www.co.dutchess.ny.us/CountyGov/Departments/DPW-Parks/PPwilcox.htm

* As noted above, an optional trip to The Culinary Institute of America for lunch on Saturday has been arranged. The plan is to car pool to the CIA. The cost for the chance to dine at the Culinary Institute is $36 per person.   If you are interested in this option please indicate that on the registration form and include the cost of lunch to the total of the registration money you send in.

Cost for the weekend (without the Culinary Institute)

          RV and two people - $ 105   ($95 for one person)
