2010 Rally Info and Registrations Forms: Please print and submit the forms with payment as listed below. Contact Linda or the Wagonmasters listed on the registration form with questions! The wagon masters for the June Rally are Diane and Austin Foster. The rally is June 4-6 at the Charlie Brown Campground in Eastford, CT. The wagon masters for the September rally are Janet and Mike Halpin and Robert and Judith Atkinson. The rally is September 17-19 at Spring Gulch Resort in New Holland, PA. The registration deadlines are quite early - March 23 for the SEPTEMBER rally and April 19th for the JUNE rally. ///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// Please plan to join us for our New York Gulf Streamers Spring Rally June 4, 5, and 6, 2010 at Charlie Brown Campground We have reserved sites, wagon wheel fashion, around a large pavilion. The sites all have water, electric, cable and shared grey water. You will need a garden hose connector cap (available in the camp store) for your grey water outflow and an old piece of hose. Early arrivals or late departures must be arranged ASAP with the campground and paid for separately by calling 1-877-974-0142. Mention that you are with the New York Gulf Streamers and Diane Foster. Check in for the rally is anytime after 12 noon on Friday, June 4th. The Natchaug River and small Rabbit Pond are bordering the property and the Natchaug State Forest with hiking trails and fishing is within 10 minutes of camp. Other close by activities: Walmart 15 minutes Bats of Bedlam Maple Farm 15 minutes, Sturbridge Village 30 minutes, CT Railroad Museum 30 minutes, Windham Textile and History Museum 30 minutes Annual Victorian House Tour 30 minutes (This was held the first weekend in June in 2009), CT Trolley Museum 55 minutes Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun Casinos 60 minutes. I will have more information on these and other local activities for you at check in. Directions: From I-84 – Exit 69 – Take exit 69 onto Route 74 East, at stop sign and intersection take left onto Route 44, continue on Route 44 East to Route 198 South intersection, take a right onto Route 198 South. Charlie Brown Campground is about ¾ of a mile on the left. From I-395, Exit 91 – Take Exit 91 onto Route 6 heading West. Continue on Route 6 for about 15 miles. At the signal light and Junction of Route 6 and 198, take a right onto Route 198 North. Charlie Brown Campground is about 7 miles down the road on the right. From I-395 – Exit 93 – Take exit 93, heading west on Route 101 toward Pomfret. Route 101 merges into Route 44 West. Continue on Route 44 West to Route 198 South. Charlie Brown Campground is about ¾ of a mile on the left.
