Hello to you all,
It's a Sunday morning, dull but surprisingly warm for November, autumn has arrived, just ready for the big bangs of Guy fawkes which will be in evidence for the next couple of days with the skys lighting up with a fantastic display of all sorts of fireworks, with many organised events being held locally to us.
Our little chapter works hard and is growing all the time and is pleased to welcome Margaret and Phil, see picture, purchasing the beautiful Sun Voyager at The Malvern Show recently.
We met Margaret and Phil at a rally in Brighton. They didn't own a Gulfstream then and was not happy with the outfit they had but was very interested in our BT Cruiser, but they had to watch the size for they are full timers and I do feel you need a little bit more space to live on a RV in comfort and for over here a 30ft fits the bill just right.
We informed them about the Malvern show fast approaching and they agreed that they would attend. They were completely sold on the new Sun Voyager that was displayed in all it's glory on the Oakwell Stand, and a deal was struck there and then, we couldn't believe it happened so fast, before breakfast had been cleared away.
We meet up with quite a few people as we travel around, with many interested in the whole RV scene and not be able to following their dreams to travel, for reasons only known to them. Margaret and Phil was determined that this way of life was for them and enjoy the freedom of moving around the UK. They have based themselves in Bournemouth, which is a lovely coastal town, which boast as one of the most expensive places in the UK to purchase property, where many live and commute many miles to work in London.
We hope Margaret and Phil have as much fun and enjoyment out of the Gulfstream and we do.
Many of our chapter have gone off to the warmer climes of Southern Spain for the winter, which we are not going to be able to do this year, however, our next get together is in the City of Bath in December for the Christmas Market and Lights.
